Apelcom chooses Walmeric Soluciones to implant it´s Softphone system. [July 2008]

Apelcom, a phone company, relies on Walmeric Soluciones to start a new market within IP Phone Communications. Apelcom has implanted a Softphone system based upon web so that the user can make use of Apelcom services from anywhere around the world without being a member of any software.
Furthermore, it has implanted Walmeric Soluciones’s captation and support service allowing a direct access to the Contact Center, making it easier for the customers to contact, with no cost at all.
After a long and throughout survey analyzing the market searching for a reliable, flexible and quality solution, Walmeric Soluciones suggested the implementation of its C2T captation service. Result: an improvement of the conversion indexes as well as a reduction of the withdrawal index, among others.
