David Pérez, director of the GSP Business Unit, explains in Merca2.0 magazine how Walmeric has created the Global Sales Partnership (GSP) model.
Today we live in a world where users are more informed than ever and with high expectations in terms of experience, which is why at Walmeric we believe that in order to have an optimal growth model, technology must be the cornerstone of our business model.
In this context, Walmeric, a technology company that manages more than 65 million sales leads per year, has developed an incremental sales model that connects two worlds: online and offline, and whose name is Global Sales Partnership.
‘We have chosen the name because we believe we are a partner for companies and our goal is to improve and optimise Return on Investment (ROI),’ said David Perez, director of the GSP Business Unit. This product is completely focused on sales, so we will be exploring innovative techniques in different markets, ways of transmitting ideas and the channels that convert best; this will also allow us to better understand the sales funnel and adapt the model to what the research findings tell us.
A multidisciplinary approach is always used throughout the creation of the strategy, including the digital generation layer, the social context and technology. After carrying out an analysis, a model is created that allows us to sell more with an optimised Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), as in many cases there are clients who, despite having a lot of knowledge of the industry, do not know how to increase their market share in today’s competitive environment.
At Walmeric, our main objective is to democratise the use of Artificial Intelligence, through effective tools that an organisation can use to, in this case, improve sales and optimise marketing investment. A clear example is WiseS, which, through AI, can analyse the lead in depth and assign it a profitable sales probability for its treatment. In addition, there is another solution that qualifies the lead and connects it with the most optimal agent to attend to it according to the lead profile detected by Artificial Intelligence.
We also apply Artificial Intelligence with ‘LEIA’, our own landings engine.
