This week we talk to Alba Esteban, Customer Service Manager, who reflects on her work as a leader at Walmeric and the path that has led her to where she is now. Don’t miss her!

1. What is the biggest challenge you have faced as a leader and how did you overcome it?

Facing the constant evolution of technology and the emerging needs of customers makes you constantly plunge into both challenges and challenges.

This is evidenced by the experience I have gained in Walmeric, when I joined the company my experience was mostly in customer support, marketing and content knowledge. Currently I can say that I handle very well the new technologies thanks to the team we have formed and the experiences with customers.

2. How would you describe the impact your role has on the company and the work team?

In my role I try to bring value to customers using Walmeric technology. Our goal is precisely to provide technological solutions knowing the customer’s business, working hand in hand with him for the benefit of all parties.

3. What is your long-term vision for your career in the company?

My goal has always been to learn day by day and to face new challenges and opportunities as they arise. This is what has brought me here today and, even in difficult moments, I have felt comfortable, supported and valued. I feel that in the long term the experience will be similar.

4. What advice would you give to other women aspiring to leadership positions in the company?

It is very important that everyone has the same opportunities and at Walmeric this has always been the case. If you believe in yourself and work hard, you can always do it. I believe that listening and learning and constantly trying to evolve are maxims that can take us very far.
